Refund Policy

By ordering tickets, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance of an order placed by you is subject to the condition that tickets are available for the event selected by you.

The ticket seller will notify you by email if they accept your order. Acceptance will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you when the ticket seller sends your confirmation email (whether you receive such communication).

No order will be accepted until the ticket seller has received full payment for the cost of the tickets and any applicable booking charges, transaction fees, postage, and other associated costs.

Tickets will be dispatched to the email address given when the order is placed.

Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt and inform the event organiser of any errors as soon as possible.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the ticket seller of any change of address, contact number, or email address, both before and after the sale of goods.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets unless suitable reason is given and accepted by the ticket seller and the event organiser who have the final decision.

All tickets are subject to availability.

Please note that ticket prices are subject to change and can increase at any time without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any ticket offers at any time without notice.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or returned. Tickets which are resold or transferred for any reason by anyone other than the event organiser will become void, and the holder will be refused entry.

When ordering tickets online, please ensure you have checked your basket prior to committing to purchase. After purchase, there is not an opportunity to rectify mistakes.

The company reserves the right to amend or cancel this event or any booking. Should the event be cancelled unexpectedly by the organiser (ie: due to inclement weather, venue damage or any other unforeseen circumstance) you will be offered an alternative future date, if this date is unsuitable you will be offered the next alternative available date. If you refuse both re-arranged dates you will not be offered a further date and no refund will be issued.

In the event of customer cancellation tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the event is cancelled we will make notification by email and by posting on our social media platforms.

If the event is moved to another date we will make notification by email and by position on our social media platforms. We suggest that you always check these channels before you begin your journey.

Activities at the event are appropriate for a family audience with children aged 5 years and over. The event organiser reserves the right to substitute a comparable activity for another in the event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The company will supply all activity equipment and DBS cleared instructors/helpers and holds public liability insurance of £xxxxx

The right to refuse admission is reserved by the event organiser at all times and/or venue who may take health and safety, environmental or security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion and may carry out security searches. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection. No glass bottles, recreational drugs, or alcohol may be permitted  into the venue.

Refunds will not be offered to customers who are refuse entry or rejected from the venue on account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying an offensive weapon, illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video, or photographic recordings.

Animals are not admitted to the venue.
