Neurodiverse Workshop for children struggling with ADHD, ASD & SPD.

Connect & feel the calm with who you are at our “Reconnection” Sessions which will bring awareness, help, support and nurturing to ‘You’!

These sessions are to support children in: 

• Understanding their Brain Connections
• Understanding Emotions
• Learning Self-Regulation & Self Control
• Learning Positive Mental Attitude
• Techniques for Anxiety
• Understanding the Brain Fog & Overload
• Connection with Heightened Triggers

Learning to calm the mind through mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and breathwork.

Day: Sundays

Time: 1.00 - 2.30pm

Duration: 90 minutes

These sessions are based around school terms only and booked in termly blocks only.

We do not run our sessions on any Bank Holiday Weekends or during School Holidays.
